Book your accommodation!
June is high season in Menorca and we recommend you to book as soon as possible.
The Tax for Sustainable Tourism is levied on all overnight stays in tourist accommodations on the Balearic Islands. You can expect to be requested to pay this tax at your accommodation in Menorca. It is approx. 3-4€ per day. The funds are used to compensate the territorial and environmental impact of tourism.
We recommend you to book a hotel in the area of "Es Castell". These hotels are at walking distance from Cales Fonts, the little harbor where we will take the boat to our conference venue of Lazareto. It is a brief boat ride of about 10 min.

There are also many hotels and accommodation possibilities in Maò city. It is a 10-15 minutes drive from the city center to the harbor of Cales Fonts.
